Food and Feelings
The next six week zoom course starts early Summer 2026. Relationship with food begins at birth and very quickly patterns and messages are established by care givers which are communicated through facial expression, touch, words and behaviour. Much of this communication is non verbal. We rarely realise how profoundly these messages impact our food choices. Many people struggle to maintain a healthy weight and use food as a means of managing feelings, often without realising they are doing this and why.
The majority of our thoughts and habitual behaviours are out of conscious awareness. By exploring these deeply ingrained patterns, we can bring them to awareness and choose to change them, accept them, or let them go. Realising the nature of these patterns is important. It impacts you, your children and any children you have influence over.
If this resonates, please get in touch for information and bookings. Each live 90 minute session is followed up with notes and focus points for the week ahead.
The course is limited to a maximum of 10.
The investment is £125. Reduced rate places are available, please ask for details.

Salt of the Earth Fundraiser
Saturday 14th November 2026 10.00 – 4.00 GMT.
The biggest sote community fundraiser of the year. In 2025 we achieved £4.322 and have some creative intentions for increasing this amount substantially throughout 2026. Held at Christchurch Hall in the heart of Clarendon Park, it’s the perfect place to do your seasonal shopping all under one roof, while supporting local business owners and a serious charity. We take time and care to select a range of stalls with wide appeal and ensure there are a handful of brand new ones each time. If you would like a stall at this prestigious event please get in touch.
Take a break in the iconic Pop Up Cafe serving delicious made with love soups, samosas, cakes, tray bakes and hot drinks. To find out about the work of this inspirational Leicester based charity working with rural communities in Tamil Nadu, South India go to: www.sote.org.uk
