Peace of Mind-fulness – First Saturday of the month 8.55am – 10.15am.
This circle is for anyone who wants to live life with awareness. Habitual behaviours come from a place of unconscious socialisation and deeply ingrained patterning which can bubble into awareness through focussed attention on breath, actions, thoughts and emotions. Very often, when something feels uncomfortable, we distract ourselves, thus avoiding the opportunity to notice the very thing we need to acknowledge, release, explore or accept. After a check-in, there is time for reflection and contemplating a current theme followed by a breathing practice and guided meditation. This year we are walking with trees native to the British Isles. We close with a sharing space. Join us for an uplifting, enlightening and enlivening start to the weekend.
